Learning Advantage Landing Page Redesign

Learning Advantage’s website serves primarily as a gateway to its subsidiary Amazon storefronts and product catalog, rather than a traditional discovery or marketing site. The existing landing page did not reflect the company’s updated brand identity and lacked clear pathways for users to access key destinations.

The goal of this project was to redesign the landing page to improve clarity, strengthen brand alignment, and streamline navigation. This helps users quickly access the information and external links they need. As the sole designer, I was responsible for the layout restructuring, and visual redesign within the constraints of Squarespace, requiring flexible design decisions within a template-based system.

Old Design

The original landing page did not reflect Learning Advantage’s updated brand identity and lacked a clear visual hierarchy. Key actions, such as navigating to Amazon storefronts or accessing product catalogs, were not prominently prioritized. Limited calls to action and minimal visual cues made it difficult for users to quickly understand where to go next, resulting in a more passive browsing experience.

New Design

The redesigned landing page introduces a brand-aligned visual system with a clearer content hierarchy and more intentional user flow. Primary actions, including access to Amazon storefronts and product catalogs, were emphasized through strategically placed calls to action and improved layout structure.

Subtle motion and interactive elements were introduced to guide user attention toward primary actions and create a clearer flow through the page. The design was also optimized for mobile responsiveness, ensuring content remains accessible and easy to navigate across devices.

Accessibility was a key consideration throughout the redesign. Alt text was added to all images, and text was structured to support screen readers and improve overall accessibility, contributing to a more inclusive and user-friendly experience.

  • Prioritized primary user actions (Amazon storefronts and product catalog)

  • Improved visual hierarchy for faster content scanning

  • Introduced motion to guide attention and reinforce flow

  • Optimized layout for mobile responsiveness

  • Enhanced accessibility through alt text and structured content
